Commissioning of Fire Protection Systems
Molnar and Associates offers initial or third party commissioning of fire protection systems to reduce the time needed for your project to be completed. Large projects often can become time consuming with overlap and accountability issues. When projects are “fast tracked”, usually the holdups are due to the fire protection systems not functioning properly as designed, and the Authority Having Jurisdiction will not sign off on the occupancy permit.
We will coordinate with all the trades to ensure that the project is done on time, is code compliant and we will also resolve any outstanding issues with contractors and the Authority Having Jurisdiction. Our project managers will be on site daily to make sure the construction timetables are on schedule and within budget.
