We will analyze the fire protection systems within a property to ensure that all the systems are working as installed and are compliant with the code that was in place at the time it was installed. A confidential report will include all the fire protection systems, capabilities and limitations.
Upon request, we also perform research on local zoning and municipal ordinances that may impact a potential real estate project. Keeping businesses in the proper use group as defined by the Fire and Building Code can make the difference in a project being approved or denied at the local level.
